The major breakthrough has been drastically curtailing the usual cost of medicare and the price of technology that people have to pay. Diagnostic services of all types are reasonably subsidised for all sections of society.
The hospital respects the needs of people who cannot afford high-tech medicare, and humbly resolves to meet the responsibility of providing the same — with its own resources, or through those of society in general.

Teaching alongside treating
Education of the medical fraternity and the general public is one of the five E's the institute was founded on. Its teaching programmes run year-round from the hospital premises.
Medical Education Forum
A dedicated programme devoted year-round to the upgradation of medical acumen of doctors and staff alike. Every Tuesday there is a clinical meeting at 8:00 pm on the hospital premises, where topics of current interest, medical care and journals are discussed. It is open to all doctors.
Visiting faculty from India, the USA, the UK, Canada and Germany have presented advancements across medical fields, and seminars and lectures are held regularly at Sadhbawna.
Virtual Library
A virtual library on the internet, together with a medical book and journal shelf in the hospital. All students and doctors can use it between 8:00 am and 12:00 midnight every day, at a very nominal expense.
General Public Education
The institute runs heart campaigns for the community. Its World Heart Day campaign asked the public to make five promises:
